2. Barbara Sanchez Scholarship Fund
Deadline: July 15th
Annually, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) sponsors the Barbara Sanchez Scholarship Fund to provide five awards for $1,500 apiece to professional chapter members who are pursuing a degree in human resource management from an accredited U.S. institution to work in the media industry. As an academic scholarship, the funds may only be used to cover tuition costs for pursuing a four-year undergraduate or two-year graduate degree.

3. Britt and Vahna Benedict Scholarship in Management
Deadline: February 24th
At the University of North Texas, the Britt and Vahna Benedict Scholarship in Management is available for up to $1,000 for undergraduate students who have completed at least 75 credits of college coursework leading to a degree in management with a major in entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, human resource management, or operations and supply chain management. 4. CCHRA Member Professional Development Scholarship

The Cape Cod Human Resources Association (CCHRA) offers the Member Professional Development Scholarship annually for $500 to assist members who may not have the financial means to advance their knowledge of the field with professional development in the human resource management. 5. Drew Young Student Scholarship Award

With the goal of encouraging undergraduate and graduate students to prepare for work in the diverse field of human resource management, the Drew Young Student Scholarship Award is granted annually for $2,000 by the Dallas HR Association. Ranging in value from $3,500 to $5,000 annually, the Edward S. Each year, the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) presents the Future Stars in HR Scholarships for $3,000 to outstanding full-time undergraduate and graduate students at any accredited university in New England who are preparing for a career in a HR-related field with a major in human resource management. 8. Garden State Human Resource Leadership Scholarship

11. HR Leadership Scholarship Awards of Greater Washington

Each year, the HR Leadership Scholarship Awards of Greater Washington are granted for $4,000 to practicing human resources professionals and current students who pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resource management with satisfactory academic performance. 12. IPMA-HR College Scholarship Program

The International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) hosts an annual College Scholarship Program to provide two awards for $1,000 each to the children, step-children, and legal guardians of national members who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited U.S. institution full-time with at least 15 credit hours per semester. Annually, the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources provides a $2,000 scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students attending an accredited university in the greater New York City metropolitan area to earn a degree in human resource management, human resources development, or organizational behavior.
